Listing Desk is a self-serve product-compliance monitoring service. It monitors public recall feeds, regulatory notices, and policy changes against the product catalog you register, stores your compliance documents, and sends you alerts. It is a monitoring, document-management, and early-warning tool.
Listing Desk is not legal counsel, a law firm, or a compliance consultancy. Nothing on the service constitutes legal advice, and the service does not assess your legal exposure, interpret regulations for your situation, or determine whether your products comply with any law. Listing Desk does not generate test reports or certificates (those require accredited laboratory testing), does not file anything with any regulator on your behalf, and does not communicate with Amazon, the CPSC, the FDA, or any other authority for you. You remain solely responsible for your products' compliance with all applicable laws and marketplace policies.
Alerts are based on public data feeds and your registered catalog. Feeds can be delayed, incomplete, or revised after publication. A lack of alerts does not mean your products are compliant or free of risk. You should maintain your own compliance program and consult qualified counsel for legal questions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the catalog data you register (ASINs, UPCs, SKUs), the compliance documents you upload, and acting on the alerts we send. We are not liable for actions you take or fail to take based on service alerts.
Listing Desk is billed monthly in advance at the plan rate you select. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan limits (SKU counts, seats) are as described on the pricing page.
You may use the service only for your own business's product compliance. You may not resell access, scrape the service, or use it to monitor products you do not sell or represent.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services and develop new products. We do not sell your catalog data or your documents. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales, account suspensions, or regulatory penalties, even if advised of the possibility.
We may update these terms with notice posted on the service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
